Can't wait to see how those turn out and see your recipe for that pastry. I've never seen anything like that before.
If this works like I think it will, it will be a major change from traditional fat only pie pastry, or for that matter sourdough pie pastry. My procedure is ground breaking! Yes. yes I will share. Benito my friend, if my head was any bigger..... I will leave it at that! Smile..... Photo for attention only..... almond pie pastry, Pomegranate curd pie.
Looks great, nice browning on the crust and great colour of the filling.
