Long Threads
I've noticed that long threads with many posts can take a long time to load on my not particularly fast non-fibre ADSL connection - especially if there are a lot of photos.
I've noticed that at some point a page 2 is created, but by that time, page 1 is pretty long.
Would it be advantageous to make the page length shorter, increasing the number of pages and thereby reducing loading times?

My connection speed must be much faster because the pages load quickly for me. BUT I have noticed (on a consistent basis) that when a post gets super long that the links to the post in the notification emails don’t take me to the correct comment. But if I go back to the email link and click a second time I also go to the correct comment on the page.
