Panettone a Lievitazione Mista - Massari/Zoia

By any chance do any of could share with me the recipe for Panettone a lievitazione mista from the book Cresci - Massari/Zoia. 

I bought the new bilingual edition but it is missing a lot of recipes compared to the original version.

I will truly appreciate any help!
