Sourdough Library
How did I miss that the Puratos Center for Bread Flavour had opened a sourdough library in Saint-Vith (Belgium) a few years ago? I don't know how, and I performed a search here and didn't find anything so here is the YouTube link in case you're interested in learning more about the library.

I heard of it, here on TFL, a few years ago. If you search "Puratos" you will find references to it. Not much under "sourdough library.
