Dear all,

We are a school based in Paris, France and are recruiting for a 10 week program for September.

Training beginners to become professionals.

Our "Intensive Professional Program in Bread Baking" is a 10 weeks program followed by an optional 2 months internship. We are currently evaluating the applications for the September 2018 intake.
 
This program is designed for beginners who are willing to become professional. This program will be entirely taught in English and will cover a wide range of bread bakery products: regular baguette, traditional baguette, rye bread, country style bread, buns, chocolate buns, croissants, brioche, milk bread...
 
The class size capacity is 12 participants maximum.
 
You will be granted a diploma after completion of the program. You need to be 18 years old minimum and hold a high school diploma to be eligible for the course.
 
The cost of the program is 12 000 Euros (All taxe included). This price also includes everyday lunch from Monday to Friday, uniform, equipment and excursions.
