I am trying to find a Rum Raisin bread recipe that is not made in a bread machine. I don't own one but would love to make the bread. Can anyone help me?
How about soaking your raisins in rum overnight, then proceeding with your recipe, or a bread recipe (raisin bread), but adding the soaking liquid. Would that not make a rum-raisin bread?
Do a Fresh Loaf key word search on "Rum Raisin Bread". I just did it and it turns up a bunch of items. Look through them, maybe you'll get some ideas.
