Greetings from Texas
Hey everyone, my name is Joshua! I'm 22 years old and I live in Texas. I'm an avid home bread baker and I've been baking for almost 2 years now. I work professionally at one of the best fine dining spots in the south central region of America as a prep lead, I have a published cookbook (published when I was 17), and I am currently building a brand around teaching/entertaining people about food and cooking (my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/joshuaweissman/). That's pretty much me in a nutshell. I'm obsessed with all things food and I spend about 99.99 percent of my time doing things in relation to that.
Anyway, I'm here to talk about the wonders of bread, gain insight on some questions I have, and to further improve my skills as well as the skills of the community here! Looking forward to getting to know all of you!
