New at The Fresh Loaf

Hi all, I am so glad I found this site. I am from Stilbaai, South Africa. Retired. Although my hobby is writing I plan on making sourdough baking my second hobby. My sourdough starter, made of Eureka wholeweat flour and filtered water, is 4 months old. I am still to bake the perfect bread. I hope to find some support here.

I liked the Eureka Mills flours better than just about any other flours during my time in ZA.  In Stillbaai, you aren't that far from the mill near Heidelberg.  And the Garden Route offers so many wonderful things to see and do.
