Hello, my name is Andrew, and I love baking! Actually I love cooking of almost any kind and baking is one of my lesser practiced skills because our family is pretty close to GF, so most flour based products are out.  We run a small business selling confectionery and other products - so we decided to add breads to our range, using the Laucke flours and mixes.

Best for us are the Gluten-free breads they do, these can be modified quite easily with herbs, or my favourite, curry powder.  They also do a good range of other breads and specialties - see

I hope to get some more ideas for breads here and learn more about baking - already seen some pretty interesting loaves :)
