This looks a lot like potato pancakes. You can find quite a few different recipes for these (this one, for example) online. Most use egg and possibly baking powder, and usually some savoury ingredients like herbs, onions, cheese, etc. You could try a few of those variations and see if you like them.

These are a bit different from German potato pancakes or latkes which are similar but use grated raw potato instead of cooked mashed potato.

dear Lazy Loafer mine didn't have eggs and other vegetables, just simple flour and potato and salt, I didn't have anything to shape my loafs so I ended up making them look like pancakes Lol, I guess if I made them thinner that would have been better. I wanna make them look fancier, Lol that might actually make it taste better, and also I have to add some baking powder to make more spongey and lighter because although it tasted good it was kinda dense. also, I might add some butter and decrease flour. it takes several times of trying. really !!! grated raw potato !!! wow, how do they even eat that stuff??

Haha, you have to fry the ones with the grated raw potato in them. :) They're quite yummy, served with apple sauce and sour cream.
