My second try at Cinnamon raisin bread

yayyy much happier with this loaf...it took 60mins to cook. I had it in and out the oven 3 times in the last 15 mins taking the temp. I gave up when it reached 195 F and took it out. It was cooked and I was happy, tastes  great, but sultans instead of raisins have migrated to the bottom a bit and are not so evenly distributed....I put the fruit in the mixer at the end of kneading then hand kneaded for a few mins as well...maybe need more fruit....
