Hey everyone, I'm a beginner baker, got into baking bread a while ago, but rarely do I ever do so.  I thought I was getting the hang of it, but after a long break I'm back to basics.  I've stumbled across the site in the past, but now that I've taken the time to look through it it seems to be a great resource.  Full of ideas and answers!
