Baked Fruit Jam Bun & Mayo Tuna Bun

Hello everyone, I'm newbie here. I want to ask about these.

1. how long does baked fruit jam bun with plastic bag last at room temperature?

I add homemade fruit jam on center of dough bun and then bake

2. how long does mayo tuna bun with plastic bag last at room temperature?

Will it become stink after store at room temperature more than 2 hours?

Room temperature is one important factor.  Another is the bun ingredients.

Here's a guess: First assumption is that the dough for the buns contains fat and/or sugar in some form.  Second assumption is that room temperature is between 70F and 80F, or 21C and 26C.  The jam-filled buns may be good for 2-3 days, possibly longer.  The mayo tuna bun should be refrigerated if not used within about 2 hours, to prevent bacteria growth that would cause illness.

That's entirely a guess, since there isn't much information to work with.
