Greetings from the Singing Chef

hello everyone. My name is Robert. AKA The Singing Chef. Im American, from California and I work here in Rio as a professional private cook. I am busy introducing people here to great American cooking. I also teach. I have had to learn to do many things here that I took for granted back home because many things that are common there, arent here. Its been quite a journey, but has improved my cooking a lot. I am working on bread a lot lately as I want to make and sell better variety breads locally. Time to get out of that rut folks. Theres a world of flavor out there. I live in Recreio here in RJ and its a bit difficult finding things locally. But Im trying.
