Sweet Soft Buns

I have written on this subject before, but I was not ver successfull.

I am referring to the soft buns sold in retail bakery in Malaysia and Singapore. They are very popular and spring up everywhere. 

Anyone out there with the recipe for this type of bread. I was told its a bread mix.
