Dark Malted Flour
Hi guys, yesterday I went to buy some rye flour and picked up as well some dark malted flour. It's the colour of milk chocolate. Does anyone have experience with this type of flour? I googled it and finally found a recipe which I have used, it's at final proof stage atnthe mo. The loaf is very dark despite the malted flour being the lesser amount in the recipe.
