The most exciting part is doing things like 100% sourdough croissants, Ive developed a full range of recipes and started doing a local market, people seem to love it and come back for more. Im happy so far with our results :) Soft bouncy, flavourful, not too sour, not too dry, not hard and organic flour fruits and seeds!
