Just saying hello

I got interested in baking again after having seen the New York Times article on no knead baking. Then I stumbled on this wonderful website. I've been lurking for a bit and learned quite a bit from various posts.

Now I am into sourdough and other breads and love it.

Tom: I have been coming to the site for a couple years, and I have learned so much.  The folks here are so helpful and smart about bread.  You will get plenty of ideas and suggestions.  I did enjoy the New York Times article as well.  The folks on this site really enjoyed the article and are wonderful bakers and understood the the process described by the author quite well.  Good luck with your baking.  Best,  Phyllis
