Greertings... I have enjoyed and appreciated all the helpful info shared on this great site- and am in the midst for completing my Alan Scott WFO .. trying the beat the onset of winter in New England. We are planning to attend a January class on pizza at the King Arthur facility, and I would appreciate hearing of any experiences others may have had at this location. Thanks!
