This is a 80% half-whole rye flour and 20% whole wheat flour, which name is Ukranian black bread. This kind of bread takes parts of the list of stantard breads that the soviet government founded to plan the farming, harvesting and milling of the cereal production. They created this standard breads to uniform the assortment of breads in the USSR and guarantee the quality of the loafs.
