Hi All

 I first came to this site a while ago when i decided that I was going to make my own bread as I had always wanted to learn to bake bread, and not just know but make it using my hands than using a machine. After using the recipes off the flour packets and failing to make that tasty loaf of bread and finding that the bread was stodgy and not fluffly at all I searched the internet until I fell upon this site. I managed to find this recipe  the Bread Bible Pullman Loaf sandwich bread and I must say I have not looked back at all and I look forward to trying different bread recipes and sharing ideas.
