Feeling My Way Around

Hi, fellow bread lovers! I happened on this site accidently while trying to find information on Hobart N-50s. Everytime I'd google anything to do with my topic, I'd get at least one hit from some place called The Fresh Loaf. I wanted to ask a question, so imagine my surprise when I registered, and then found that this place is about a whole heck of a lot more than just the Hobart! This place is amazing!! Hope ya'll will have patience with someone who has no clue what they're doing. I may be ignorant, but I'm so willing to learn. ;-)
