Hey from MS

Want to say hey and thanks for such an awesome site.  My name is JJ and I am a married father of 2.  My wife had always been the one who cooked, and here recently I have toyed with the idea.  I have a couple of friends who do all their cooking from scratch and they have turned me on to the ideas. 

I have made several pizzas.  Some better than others, to my likings.  But all have been accepted by the wife and kids.  I also attempted my 1st loaf (lesson 2) that, in all, was a success.  And I don't intend to stop there.

At some point you'll probably find that your favorite restaurant is your own kitchen.  Scratch food is just soooo good.  Have a ball.  And do remember, we've all fed the garbage disposal a full meal on occasion so don't take it too seriously when something doesn't work at all.
