Hi, my name is sharon.


My husband and I are going to open a bakery/cafe in MA.  If any one can help me I would appreciate it.  I need someone to give me some idea of  a baker's schedule.  Even if you recommend someone else. I think I will be doing all the yeast baking but I don't know when to start production for early morning coffee rush.  We are planning on making all the breads for the cafe which are only two or three and all the rolls for the burgers.  I will be making danish maybe baked donuts, cookies, cupcakes and other things that may sell well throughout the day.
