2 dl langyos tej

3 evőkanál cukor

1 tk só

50 g puha vaj

2 tojás sárga

100 g joghurt


600 gliszt

20g élesztő

+ 1 tojás a kenéshez

The Best Cakes.

2 dl (= 200 g) warm milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp salt
50 g butter, softened
2 egg yolks
100 g of yogurt
600 g flour
20 g yeast
+ 1 egg for lubrication

I agree with what Thomas says.

 I am in awe of your endless creativity with all of the breads you bake and even made a shaped loaf last week using one of the spiral shapes you posted about awhile back.  (The simple one where you wrapped the sausage in the center of your dough and then made a larger spiral by combining 3 rolls together.)

I am sorry I do not speak or read the language in which you write but your pictures tell me just about all I need to know - you are talented and busy :-)

It does a pretty good job.

It does an even better job with Russian, which I'm always having to parse for this or that reason. (No comment on Chinese to English! Gah!)|en|     <--- Hungarian to English for those interested.

Your response is what made me start thinking but I had to figure out what language she speaks first which required checking her profile.  Once I had that it was easy.  Had to chuckle at how the use of the egg translates.  I am sure it is for the glaze she puts on her creations.

Sometimes when you put your mouse over a 'mistranslated' word, Google gives useful alternatives.

Not in this case.

I think you're right, though: egg wash.

I figured it was Nutella, but wondered if there was anything else...I thought I saw some raisins, but maybe not. I bet they'd be good in them, though. I can't wait to try them!
