This bread was specially made for my kids' piano teacher, a German master pianist. It was also my first bread in many, many months. I felt that a rye bread would be most appropriate for this occasion. For photographs, please click here.

真是尷尬死了！又要道歉了！ I'm so sorry! Now I know you are a 男生， that 姊妹 'feel' I once had for you is 蕩然無存了 ;-)
We host a meet annually and invite all the teams in our region (and across the country) to compete. The swimmer in the picture was from one of the visiting teams. His shaved head had caught my eyes right from the get go and my lens had followed him around during the event. This is one of my favorite pictures of him. I'll show you another one in a bit.
How do you train for competition? Are you associated with any team and having regular workouts?

I always practice on my own but compete with an out of town team because I haven't found anyone near my house to practice with. Having said that, I have hardly been in the water for the last six months for a host of reasons ( mainly work, but also ear infection ).
