Cinnamon Crunch Bagels


Well, tried to make them like Panera.  Turned out pretty good!  Nice and crunchy!

Used PR’s formula, added 2T of cinnamon to the dough and 5T of sugar.

Egg wash, and then put raw sugar on. About half way through cooking took my long spoon and put more sugar on.  Turned out great!
