New Toronto Italian Restaurant Looking for Pizzaolo

Recently, I installed a very fine wood-fired oven in a new Italian restaurant in one of Toronto's very upscale neighbourhoods.  The owners are looking for a pizzaiolo to handle the peels and work with the oven:  Italian background preferred, genuine Neapolitan pizza experience preferred, WFO experience a real asset.  Either contact me at info@marygbread.com or through the forum.  This could be a good gig for the person who qualifies.  The position would begin almost immediately.

The oddest things are found in Whitehorse, Yukon

This bakery was recommended by a British friend and fanatic bead maker. He chanced on it while on a visit to Yukon. Its mention to other officianados frequently awakens memories of tales told about this remarkable bakery, tucked away in the FAR North. It will be our first stop on the next visit.
