I'm in Montreal - Canadian - don't know how to go about getting work permit or special visa - but would definitely love to apprentice to see if we hit it off.   Take it from there.  Possible investment.

I just finished a course at San Francisco Baking Institute.
I did Artisan baking 1, 2 and Whole grain and specialty flours.
The only experience I have, for now, is baking at home.
I'm practicing, as much as I can.
I'm in California at this day, but moving to Falmouth, Cape Cod, Massachusetts next July. I would need a place to stay.
I can work for free too, I need to practice.
What do you think, let me know.
Thank you,
Christine

Thank you all for your responses. You can pm me at hkrijnenatcomcast.net. Tell me a bit about yourself - a condensed biography, a little background info, and your interest/experience in sourdough bread baking. I look forward to discussing the possibilities with you further.Hans
