Hi from Budapest
first of all I'm happy that I've found this great place and hopefully I'll learn a lot from you, guys/girls.
I'm an amateur baker, experiencing with wholegrain sourdough breads, cakes, pizzas. I'm on a candida diet, so I'm forced to make my own stuff by myself and trying to make healthy foods for myself. I've recently made my first sourdough bread after Reinhart's book and it worked out pretty nice. The next step will be making some nice cakes.
