My mother made bread by hand only on special occasions. The smell and the long awaited taste were phenomenal. I also began hand-kneading my loaves with the same wonderful result.
Years later wonderful bread machines came along and I retired a unit to an early grave by overuse! I decided my next machine would be a workhouse - and I would spare no expense - I saved up for a Zo. I have been more than happy with it and it was well worth the money I spent. Have enjoyed tasty breads, bagels, buns, rolls and pizza dough to name a few. Also still experimenting after all these years.
