get some of that bread

I had some free time so I decided to make some bread, I believe it is amateur level bread that anybody can make, here is the recipe:


400 gm AP Flour


100 gm semolina


pinch salt


2 tbsp yeast


8 tbsp sugar


1 egg


50 gm butter


1 banana


400 gm water


 


mix all ingredients in mixer, leave it to rise, make 2 folds and then shape and leave it to proof over night in fridge (or till it doubles in size).


 


after that bake at 200 degrees celcius till slightly brown, then remove and put it on the rack i the oven so that the bottom gets more heat.
