I find these small ovens to be very intriguing too. I am in the Philippines. If there is no US dealer, I wonder if there is one in Hong Kong or Singapore. I doubt if there would be one in Manila.
If all else fails, I have a friend here that will be going back to Switzerland in a few months. I may try and bend his arm to get a good contact for shipping one to this part of the world.
You can turn your oevn into a rofco. You only need to understand the thermodynamics of baking a dough, and devise enough heat sources in the right dierection, and trap enough steam to mimic a pro hearth oven. With few $$ invested you can have your own hearth oven, though the exclusivity of baking multiple loaves at a time will still be a drawback.
My Rofco B30 will be delivered early December this year, so I have to wait a few more weeks...
I'm living in the netherlands, so we have the same electrical systems as Belgium, I can imagine that some parts have to get changed to get them to work in other parts of the world.
I'll try to remember to ask them when the oven is delevered :-)

Be careful if the plug that comes with the oven won't plug into your oulet don't just change the plug and plug it in. USA homes are 110v and 220v on 60htz. I know other coutrys are not. So you can do some real damage to your new oven if you don't give it what it was designed for. I know there are converters and inverters that you can purchase if you have a mismatch of voltages and hertz. First thing to find out is what you have and then what the oven is requireing to operate.
I have made a couple of Christmas Stollen, I got to bed at 3:30 AM, so much fun to finally have that machine!
As promised I asked about the possibilities of using these machines in North America (Canada and US)
The make every machine to order and have made some that have been shipped around the world. Technology/electricity is not the issue, but the shipping costs are prohibitive because of the weight of the oven with the stones.
Because I'm interested in moving to Canada I'll be working on a solution for this problem and will let you know when more info is available.
