Hello everyone,

Does anyone know good source for used deck ovens besides bakeryequipment.com, for wholesale production?

how big of a deck are you looking for

ebay allways has some blogget ovens and somtimes http://www.bakedeco.com/

has some fixer-upers as well as smaller decks

Hi,

Thanks for responding. I would like 8ft deep 3 shelves about 30 full sheet pan capacity, I will consider 20 or 40 pan also.

you would need an 8 foot by 8

you would need an 8 foot by 8 foot chamber to hold 3 pans deep by 4 pans wide to hold 12 pans per deck aito loder or 15 foot peel

would it have to be a deck a 32 pan rotating shelf would be easer to use?

ether way as a ret pro and consultant ill keep my eyes open for you

THANKS FOR RESPONDING. I AM LOOKING FOR STEAM TUBE OVEN MAY CONSIDER CYCLOTHERMIC BUT NOT ROTATING. ANYWAYS, THANKS AND LET ME KNOW
