Bakeries in Charlottesville?

I'll be heading off to college in the fall at the University of Virginia (I live in Boston MA at the moment) and, as I likely will not have very much time to do my own baking there, I wondered if anyone knows of a good place for artisanal breads in the Charlottesville, VA area?

Congrats from an old Hoo to a new Hoo as well as one who moved to VA from Massachusetts (Amherst).

Albemarle Baking Company is probably the best in the area.  It's located just off the historic Downtown Mall (UVa's bus line will get you there) and they have wonderful bread.  Some types they have everyday including a crusty baguette that won first place at last year's National Bread & Pastry Team Championship. Others are daily specials.  Need to get there fairly early as they'll sell out frequently by mid-afternoon (i.e. when your classes are over). Lots of great pastries as well.

BreadWorks is another good source.  They have about a dozen different breads at any given time and are consistently good quality. They're located in the Preston Plaza Shopping Center which is down the road from the fraternity area and (I think) also on the UVa bus line.
