I have some organic spring wheat-sprouted FLOUR left from a starter recipe any bread recipe suggestioins. I tried the web site from the package but no luck.Thanks Elaine
You can use the sprouted wheat flour cup for cup just as you would other flours.
My bible for sprouted flour recipes is Essential Eating Sprouted Baking (Azure Moon Publishing 2008) by Janie Quinn. I don't know if they have any recipes at their site www.essentialeating.com, but you can check it out.
This is the same thing as malted?
