French baguette-All-purpose vs. bread flour

What differences have you noticed in your baguettes when using either all-purpose or bread flour?  I see many recipes, including one at King Arthur Flour's website, which call for all-purpose flour.  Food Network had a recipe that suggested using all-purpose and cake flour.
