Welcome to TFL Toronto here !.........finished making an amazing batch of "My daily bread" with about 1/4 cup of organic rye flour and caraway seed added to the recipe...quite tasty !

I wasn't going to judge, because, you know, I figured if you're 85 and still churning out artisan bread and surfing the web, you post about it all you want. "Ontarian" makes SO much more sense!
