Sunflower, Poppy, Flax Seed Bread

I found this loaf as I was browsing through Bob's Red Mill Recipes and I thought it sounded like an amazing base for a tuna salad sandwich...

This loaf was a high riser and the three different seeds are as visually pleasing as they are delicious looking...

I highly recommend this loaf to any seed lovers...

I love seeded breads and, you're right, they make great sandwich bread for just about anything.  Also great in the morning as toast w/ a cup of joe.  This will be on my table Saturday morning.  Thanks, again.

This loaf has the subtle sweetness of white whole wheat and the slight crunch of seeds adds a pleasant heartiness to this bread.
