Skip the pricey almond paste! Splurge on monk fruit sugar.
1. Healthy
2. Economical
3. Four ingredients
200 g ground almonds with the husk
200 g ground almonds no husk (white)
400 g classic monk fruit sugar
4 egg whites LG.
2 tsp Almond extract
Pine nuts as needed.
Preheat oven to 350°
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until a sticky paste is achieved
Make small balls flatten
Press in pine nuts
Bake for 15-20 minutes
