
Been a couple years . Need a lot more practice as far as shaping but the flavor, singing crust and texture are outstanding. Looks is low on my priorities ๐
Made 6 and the rest are still rising or baking. Have my steel in use and my biggest roaster lid to cover. Baking 2 at a time.

The outsides arenโt so beautious but oh my the last 2 on the right have sung up a storm. Very pleased with everything.
