I looked back and haven't ordered any T65 since 9/21- 22# and 11/21- 22# !! And I ordered 44# of T80 8/22 . Wow. The flour is almost the exact price it was in 2021 only $4 more for the 22# but the shipping has gone up . It will be Fed X and $3.80 per # total price. So not much more if at all than special grains I have been buying to mill myself.
I get it from L'Eipicerie . It is French flour and ships from NY. I have had excellent service every time I have ordered. I am so excited and already have plans for this bag.
I have gone back through ALL 17 years of my blog. I cleared out a lot of formulas from my notebook and have only found one bread I baked in all these years that I didn't write the details in my TFL blog and I threw the paper away. I have rewritten a lot of things and started a new loose leaf binder and updated my notes.
I am ready to try some new things. I am going to bake again with my YW. I am going to do baguettes again . So lots to plan. It's my New Year starting on Sept. 1. c
