
I make Sourdough crusts and pre bake. Freeze and ready for impromptu dinners! I keep sauce in the freezer in pints and I buy Whole milk mozzarella and Monterey Jack ( can’t get Wisconsin Brick cheese). I use my 1970 sheet pans or my Detroit pans depending on how I feel. It’s all yum.

When our grands are here I thaw the crust and cut it into rectangles. They each get bowls of their favorite toppings and sit on stools at the island and " decorate" their individual pizzas. They have the best time. My daughter has them cooking all the time. The 7 year old Vivi has been able to scramble an egg with minimal help for well over a year. They regularly make muffins and set the table. etc. I'm so glad she's got them interested in their food prep. We make our pasta and my husband has taught all of them starting with the grandson that's 13 now how to roll it out.
