Buona giornata paesani! Ground breaking new twist on the community bake?

Friends, Greeks, Romans, and countrymen. (Paesani) 

I have a radical, never before attempted idea for a community bake. I propose a series of bakes, five in all; that, when taken together will be the community bake. My idea calls for baking one bread per week for five weeks. I will be starting my bakes this coming week of the 9/16. This will allow the series of bakes to complete well before the holiday rush. I have appropriately named this community bake...Iconic Italian Breads. I will post the formulas That I will be using shortly. Starting with the first, By Carol Field - Focaccia Alla Genovese

Iconic Italian Breads. 

1. Focaccia - Originally baked with the coals in the hearth  oven. Hearth bread

2. Ciabatta - From Adira Rovigo Veneto. Slipper bread. Formula - Giorilli 

3. Cappia Ferrarese The Twisted sourdough From Ferrara region

4. Piadina Romagnola - Flat bread

5. Grissino - Bread stick. From Turin. Legend has it that Napol'eon Bonaparte, created a courier service from Turin to Paris to shuttle these delights to his table. The inspiration for Uber Eats? Who know?
