Rye Sourdough Recommendation

So i've just been to the store and returned home with...

• 1kg light rye flour
• 1 bottle of Paulaner Munchner Hell : Munich Lager
• 200g mixed seed : sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and linseed

I also have...

• 300g of white whole wheat flour
• 120g of 100% hydration white whole wheat flour starter - will be ready by morning

Any ideas? Much appreciated.
