Bagels in a Cadco Convection Oven (no steam)

Hello! I own the Cadco Bakerlux Shop.Pro Go Half convection oven and am having a hard time getting my bagels to darken during the baking process. Anyone else using the same or similar oven and have advice? Thank you!

Can't help with the oven, but out of curiosity, are you adding anything to the water bath? Baking soda, or brown sugar, or malt will help in browning. Malt or sugar in the recipe will also cause some darkening. Any wash you might apply to keep the seeds stuck on, as well.
