today was laid-back Friday kind of bake.

This time of year the chives are coming out of the ground thick and juicy green. My favorite topping on the split roll. Creamy butter with a thick layer of fresh choped chives (maybe a light sprinkling of salt) and then slowly bite so as to not loose any of those precious chive ringlets balanced on top. Ahhhh, simple pleasures!
Hold the burger for the second roll. Lol. BLT?
