Flour and grains in Ottawa, Canada

Hi everyone, I’m new to the Forum after stumbling onto it in a Google search. I’m looking for a source for whole grain spelt flour in Ottawa. It would be ideal if the same source also sold other grains; the recipe I’d like to use contains sesame, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds. Many thanks for your suggestions!
