First Baguette

YEAH !!       Yesterday was a gooo day - I baked my first baguette - this had been on my bucket list for a long time

I used the E.H. Bagguette Mold

(+)  Very tasty - no sticking - just a bit brown

(-) needed color - needed more "crusty" - dough was not pliable enouth

Do you have suggstions

Including photos of your bake and some basic info on the bread formula you used would be most helpful.

Joyof gluten: Thank you for you response

I did not take photos - I will next time

Tthe formula/recipe I followed - with one deviation - ""Tasty Crusty Baguettes"" from King Arthur Flour

3 cups King Arthur Artisan Bread Flour / I used, ""Bob's Red Mill"" - Artisan Bread Flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

1 cup lukewarm water

Again. Thanks for you help
