Freeze clas

can clas be frozen and then thawed and brought to temp for direct use?could  frozen clas be thawed and refreshed?

thanks for any help out there!

I've never done but I'd guess it will work fine. I've frozen various cultures and they were unchanged when thawed. My yogurt culture would get slower after about 3 months in the freezer so some degradation happens. 

Give it a try and post about it.

According to the blog readers - yes you can. I have never tried and cannot tell how it effects folowing backes. For me it makes no sense, since you can setup a new one from scratch in 24h.
